The Windows Animation Network (a.k.a WAN) is run by astral7002. It first signed on January 19th, 2025, and has been going strong ever since!
ATTIB 21 coming soon!
I may be taking a break from operating new WAN streams after today, April 26th. Basically,
there's a whole bunch of drama in the Windows Animation community surrounding a lot of smaller creators like myself
(many of whom have shows on WAN) and I don't want to be involved in it nor start any more controversies.
I'd prefer to keep things somewhat professional and would prefer not to engage in drama, and airing shows by controversial YouTubers could fall
under that criteria. I may change my mind sometime, but things are very hectic as of now in the smaller side of this community.
Not only that, but I have things to do in my own personal life that I'd envision to be more important than running the stream.
This does NOT mean that I will not work on my animations! They are my passion and slowing down community interaction (via the stream)
does NOT relate to my animations. I will still spend much of my free time working on ATTIB and W7FDF-R. However, I may just be distancing myself slightly from parts of the community.
Please don't ask me about drama or involve me in it, either, since as I stated I'm just not interested in it and would
rather keep this community a fun and happy place of silly talking Windows logos.
For more clarity, I love the idea of having a Windows Animation Network and it is fun at times
for me to run. I especially enjoy making logos, bumpers, promos and other things for the network. This is just a time for me to relax a bit and take a step back from the drama surrounding stuff
like live chat and drama that arises there. WAN also takes up a lot of my time and I feel obligated sometimes to just
sit there and read chat and stuff. This break is more for me to have extra time to work on other projects. By the way, keep watching astral7002, as ATTIB 21 will be out soon!
Thank you for understanding.
